Hey Blogger, Can you increase prices without losing customers? Who can say for sure? Businesses lose clients for lots of reasons, and certainly price can be a significant contributor to this. But with the right strategies, the damage from increasing your prices can certainly be mitigated to a degree. I recently received this letter from Jim (name changed to protect his identity) who runs a Chiropractic Clinic: Hi Tyler. I have a question for you. I'd like to increase my adjustment visit fee from $45 to $50 and possibly my new patient exam fee but I'm not sure if it will deter people or how to approach it. Should I just change the price or should I inform people a month ahead of time and use it to market to my current patient base by getting them to refer friends/family in to take advantage of the lower price point? Any advice would be appreciated. Jim I wrote a fairly detailed response for Jim where I broke down 3 specific strategies he could employ. I also made one EXTREMELY powerful suggestion that applies to EVERYONE! I think you'll enjoy this article!
