Click here Hey Blogger,   Have you ever seen some other company (maybe even a competitor) come out with some kind of new promotion, new product, or something totally out there and innovative and thought to yourself "That's Brilliant!".   Perhaps sometimes there's even that twang of guilt or regret in your stomach as you wonder "Why didn't I think of that?"   These things happen all the time! In today's world of fast-moving innovation, new technology and cool ways of doing things it's a reality that business owners need to face.   It's important to remember that someone is going to re-invent your industry, and it's up to you to determine whether you're on that moving train when it happens or you're going to get left in the dust by your competitors.   I think of some of the recent struggles by our own Canadian company Research in Motion who of course invented the BlackBerry. They were at one time on the cutting edge of mobile phone technology, then one day they found themselves having to play catchup as the likes of Apple and Android began to take over the marketplace. I couldn't believe this!
